Senior Technology Business Analyst

As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Cards Retail Banking domain, specifically focusing on VisionPlus and/or P1C platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. - Analysing business problems and assessing solution impacts across systems and operations. - Documenting scope, objectives, and benefits using structured modelling techniques. - Leading strategic planning and contributing to technology direction for card systems. - Designing and delivering business solutions integrated with VisionPlus and/or P1C. - Supporting implementation, testing, and user acceptance of new products and features. - Facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases. - Developing and managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint goals. - Applying SQL to support data-driven feature prioritisation and decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Cards Domain. - Hands-on experience with VisionPlus and/or P1C card processing platforms. - Strong skills in requirement elicitation, process mapping or solution design. - Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. - Solid understanding of Agile (e.g., LEAN, Kanban) and traditional methodologies. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA for Agile project tracking. - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels. - Experience in managing teams and driving delivery outcomes. - Knowledge of business process re-engineering, data analysis, and change management.,
