Senior Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert

As an IT ERP LN SME (Sr. Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert) with over 10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive techno-functional support and implement Infor ERP LN (version 10.4 or higher) across different modules such as Warehousing, Procurement, Sales, Quality, Production, and India Localization. Your role involves ensuring seamless integration and functionality within these modules to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Warehousing operations including receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and material issuing, along with proficiency in Engineering and Product Configurator, Data Exchange Schemes for mass updates, and ION is highly desired. - Utilize database queries to investigate application or configuration issues, understand data models, and object relationships to ensure smooth functioning of the ERP system. - Act as a point-of-contact for users, provide phone and online resolutions for issues, facilitate customer resolutions for escalated problems, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Identify systems and process challenges, suggest areas for improvement, and present business benefit analysis for proposed enhancements. - Maintain a professional demeanor, work independently, and manage small engagements or parts of large engagements to ensure successful implementation and support of Infor ERP LN systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience of 10+ years in implementing and supporting Infor ERP LN systems. - Strong understanding of Warehousing operations and experience with Engineering and Product Configurator, Data Exchange Schemes, and ION. - Proficiency in database queries, data models, and object relationships. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide effective resolutions to users and maintain high customer satisfaction.
