Senior Techno-Functional Analyst(Application management)

Job Description

Job Purpose Looking for a well-trained Techno-functional, analyst cum project manager working as Functional Analyst in Business Technology group within Retail Banking group responsible for executing all the activities related to Projects which are entrusted to him/her by Team leader/Unit head. Manages technology related implementations in close coordination with I.T / Vendor and identifies / contributes to the area of technical improvements. Participates and designs technological architecture of the solution. Responsible for testing / implementing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team. Responsible to provide solutions to queries / issues raised by the technical analyst Role & responsibilities Preparation/Review CNs, RDs, FSDs, BRDs, TBRDs, User stories Handle designing the solution to meet end user requirements. Contributes to the technology stack discussions with vendor / IT teams. Supervise Requirement Documents from Technical aspects and ensure the team does proper documentation. Project kick off meeting with stakeholders and project execution planning Discussion with vendor to explain the technical requirement and assess visible system impacts due to the changes proposed Execute / Review the test cases Contribute to the team lead with updates and escalations. Review the release given by vendor basis requirement document / FSD Engage with the vendor on regular basis for reviews like UAT support, UAT bug fixes, Delivery scheduling and other technical tasks. Coordinate with L1 support and vendor to resolve production issues Coordinate with OEM vendor to resolve production issues Tracking and Reporting Key skills Techno-functional skills Working Knowledge Adobe AEM and Forms Working Knowledge Adobe Analytics, Target Working Knowledge – SEO/SEM/SMM and Analytical tools Agile Project management Working knowledge – API integrations/APIGW/middleware Hands-on experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Trelloetc.)
