Job Description

Role Overview: At New Relic, as a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will have the opportunity to utilize your blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to support and expand the customer base effectively. Your role involves owning the technical success and post-sales relationships with valued customers. You will play a crucial part in nurturing New Relic's strategic vision and direction, advocating for new product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues in real-time. Key Responsibilities: - Own customer adoption, onboarding, and ongoing success within your customer base. - Document customer adoption and success metrics. - Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic's products into customers" business infrastructure. - Collaborate with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upselling and contract renewals. - Advocate for new product features and provide customer feedback to New Relic's product management and engineering teams. - Maintain a deep understanding of customers" businesses and technical environments. - Enjoy field-based role involving travel, with extensive opportunities for those interested. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of pre or post-sales experience in the software industry. - 8+ years of demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers. - Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD. - Hands-on experience with development languages such as Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, Golang. - Strong technical background with a customer-oriented approach. - Desire to learn new technologies and interest in performance monitoring tools. - Ability to maintain project plans and documentation. - Fluent in English.
