Senior Technical Specialist

As Senior Technical Specialist expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka to build scalable, high-performance systems, while integrating modern practices such as microservices, Docker, and CI/CD. Your strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and UI technologies like React or Dojo will support full-stack development efforts. Collaborating in Agile teams, you will be hands-on in requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging. A proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong analytical skills will be key to your success in this role.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of development experience in EMS/NMS, planning tools, or OSS domains.
• Experienced in development activities including requirement analysis, coding, and unit testing.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a quality-oriented approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.

It would be nice if you also had

• Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.
• Exposure to UI technologies like Dojo and React is a plus.
• Solid domain knowledge in OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet, GMPLS, and standard protocols such as NETCONF/RESTCONF.
• Proficient in Core Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Hibernate with experience in continuous integration and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker containers, and messaging systems like Kafka is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities to resolve complex issues efficiently.
