Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions to highlight gaps between actual progress and baseline plans. Maintaining robust interfaces between Planning, Finance, and Project Management to ensure timely and accurate project reporting. Supporting project coordination meetings to address engineering, sourcing, quality, cost, and delivery aspects. Contributing to lessons learned (REX), sharing best practices, and supporting audits of programmes against planning procedures. Preparing and delivering internal and customer-facing reports, including EVM, physical progress curves, and monthly/weekly updates.
