Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead who can guide our development team, handle complex projects, and ensure smooth technical operations across both web and mobile app development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the web & mobile development team
• Oversee end-to-end development of web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and backend systems
• Review code quality, enforce best practices, and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, testers & management
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Manage deployment, version control & application performance
• Stay updated with new technologies and implement improvements
• Coordinate with the QA team for manual & automation testing
• Support and align with the digital marketing team on tech-driven marketing requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, APIs & modern web technologies
• Understanding of mobile app development workflows (Flutter/React Native is a plus)
• Hands-on experience in database management, API integrations & cloud deployment
• Strong understanding of manual testing & automation testing processes
• Basic to good knowledge of digital marketing tools & technical integrations
• Ability to guide junior developers and manage multiple projects
