Experience in programming and application design in relevant technology in a large complex IT landscape.
Experience in the development and support of large-scale corporate applications, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) development processes.
In-depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform, at least 3-5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW 8.0/8.5/8.6 Versions
Strong understanding and experience in BPD/BAW Concepts - Decision Gateways, System/Manual lanes, BPMN Notations, UCA's, Timers, Connectors, IBM BAW REST Calls, Process/Service Design, Human services, UI Design concepts, Coach Views and other UI components.
Experience with integrating IBM BAW with other systems, applications, and data sources to create seamless end-to-end business processes. (i.e., REST/SOAP service calls. Etc.)
Experience in JS Technologies such as Angular, React JS and experience in database concepts, SQL development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
Highly developed first principles problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set.
