Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented Study Abroad Admissions Operations Specialist who will manage and support end-to-end international university applications. This is a backend operations role (not a counselling/front-facing position) ideal for someone with strong documentation and coordination experience in the overseas education sector. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end application processing for study abroad programs (UG/PG) • Coordinate with students for documentation • Upload and track applications on international portals like CommonApp, UCAS, and individual university platforms • Liaise with universities, internal teams, and students for follow-ups and updates • Support student visa documentation as required • Ensure timely submissions and error-free record keeping using CRM systems • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application requirements across key geographies (Germany, US, UK, Canada, Australia) Requirements • 2–3 years of prior experience in study abroad application processing (mandatory) • Familiarity with international portals like CommonApp, UCAS, or similar • Working knowledge of student visa requirements and timelines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, etc., is a plus Preferred Background • EdTech or overseas education consultancy experience • Knowledge of UG/PG admission cycles in countries like the Germany, US, UK, Canada, and Australia • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably education or management) Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven EdTech company impacting lives globally • Work in a collaborative and innovation-led environment • Opportunity to contribute to a growing Study Abroad division with real impact • Office in the heart of Bengaluru’s startup hub – Koramangala
