Senior Technical Content Writer

As a Senior Technical Content Writer, your main responsibilities will include: - Planning, developing, and maintaining product documentation like user guides, API docs, release notes, knowledge base articles, and training materials. - Translating complex technical concepts into simple, concise content for various audiences. - Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely documentation updates. - Developing and enforcing content standards, style guides, and documentation workflows. - Leading decisions on information architecture and taxonomy to enhance content discoverability. - Mentoring junior writers and reviewing their work for quality. - Utilizing analytics and feedback to enhance documentation effectiveness and usability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having at least 8 years of technical writing/content creation experience in the technology or cybersecurity/software industry. - Demonstrating a strong ability to comprehend complex technical topics and articulate them clearly. - Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in tools like Diffchecker, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and SEO tools. - Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, cloud computing, security concepts, and developer tools. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content structuring. - Managing multiple projects and deadlines independently. - Experience with content management systems and publishing workflows. - Exposure to developer relations or developer advocacy content. - Basic understanding of UI/UX documentation and visual communication.
