Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at Salesforce, your role will involve delivering solutions that transform customers" businesses and enhance their experiences. Your primary focus will be on programming using Salesforces Apex language, JavaScript, and other development tools to deploy Salesforce Platform solutions. Working with teams to design and code solutions, integrate APIs, and optimize Salesforce applications will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Program solutions using Salesforces Apex language, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework, and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems - Develop, optimize, and deploy Salesforce applications - Demonstrate key Salesforce capabilities and features - Utilize Salesforces Services team best practices - Assist clients in meeting/exceeding goals and metrics - Contribute to customer success through solution development and release management - Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) - Engage in continued professional growth and development - Travel to client sites as needed (average of 50%) Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent - 6+ years of relevant experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in JavaScript and one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) - Data modeling skills - Salesforce certifications and Platform development experience (a plus) - Customer engagement and facilitation skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and be a self-starter - Specialization in designing comprehensive solutions adaptable to clients" needs - Ability to innovate and stay updated with new technologies - Potential for career growth within Salesforce (Note: Additional Company Details were not provided in the Job Description),
