Role Overview:

Senior Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript,

  including

  integration across multiple systems

  .
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization
• Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Oversee integration between backend systems (

  SAP HANA/Java

  ) and frontend applications (

  SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript

  ).
• Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption were beneficial.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience.

• Strong expertise in:

• Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)

• SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)

• SAP UI5 / Fiori

• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

• System integration with SAP

  or enterprise applications
• Solid understanding of the

  software development life cycle (SDLC),

  agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a

  fast-paced environment

  .

• Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  Cloud platforms

  (SAP BTP).
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git,

  .
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (

  React, Angular, Vue.js

  ).
• Familiarity with security

  standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
