Job Description

As the Senior Collaboration Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for designing and potentially implementing collaborative solutions that enhance communication, information sharing, and teamwork. You will work closely with business users, IT teams, and executive management to understand business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and prepare for implementation as collaboration platforms and tools. Your key responsibilities will include designing and architecting collaborative solutions aligned with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions, assessing and recommending collaboration platforms, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and providing technical guidance to development teams. You will also be responsible for integrating collaboration platforms with existing enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security policies, managing client proof of concept initiatives, and owning the proposed solution on all assigned engagements. To excel in this role, you will need advanced client engagement skills, technical consulting ability, and expertise in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Google Workspace. You should have a strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture principles, security best practices, and integration with enterprise systems. Additionally, academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, certifications in Enterprise Architecture methodologies, and experience in a large-scale technology services environment will be beneficial.
