Senior Technical Analyst

As a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Analyst at Merkle in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of scalable data-driven products and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and critically evaluating client-provided technical and functional requirements. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps, ambiguities, and areas needing clarification. - Partnering with stakeholders to align business objectives with data capabilities and develop a roadmap for new data features and enhancements. - Documenting and communicating a clear understanding of requirements to internal teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will also be responsible for: - Contributing to activities for defining and prioritizing product features. - Conducting data validation and exploratory analysis. - Understanding API interactions and data integrations. - Developing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will work with data engineering teams to: - Define data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models for structured and unstructured data. Your role will involve: - Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). - Ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. - Serving as the primary interface between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Guiding cross-functional teams, collaborating with onsite team members, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred. - 4-5 years of experience managing technology-driven projects. - At least 3 years as a Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role. - Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, data analysis, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
