As an experienced professional in IT operations, your role will involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you will supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware, ensuring high availability and reliability of IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage core IT operations to ensure seamless functioning of all IT systems - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues - Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware - Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets - Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems - Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products Qualification Required: - Experience: 10-15 years, preferably in mid-senior to senior position for at least 5+ years - Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you may be required to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management, and operations.
