As a Senior Team Manager Operations at DWS in Bangalore or Pune, your role will be crucial in leading the Illiquid Asset Operations (IAO) team responsible for the finance and operations of Alternatives funds and products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Partnering with Illiquid Asset Operations Senior Leadership to define and streamline processes for incorporation into a global value chain supporting local teams worldwide. - Building and leading IAO in India, including developing a Target Operating Model (TOM), hiring, training, and collaborating with other Operations teams. - Working on strategic change initiatives with the global IAO Management team to support business growth, Technology, Data strategic changes, and Requests for Proposals (RfPs) regarding the vendor landscape TOM for IAO. - Supporting global initiatives around governance and controls to meet regulatory requirements. - Developing a global reporting framework and driving efficiencies by harmonizing processes with existing Liquid Operations colleagues. - Making IAO in India an efficient and scalable building block by managing resources and investments in a forward-looking and sustainable manner. - Establishing standards and innovation in the Asset Management industry by promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and acting as a role model for sustainable actions in a global operating model.
