Job Description

We are Hiring for :

Position:

Shift:

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small team, allocate tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Track and maintain Month-End Close (MEC) / Activity Checklists.
Perform quality checks on reconciliations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Handle internal/external queries and oversee client audits.
Ensure accurate reporting: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Bank/Account Reconciliations, Payroll, Costing, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting & Taxation.
Engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive knowledge transfer, process improvements, and adherence to compliance controls.
Conduct learning sessions, encourage best practices, and motivate the team.
Prepare internal/external reports and participate in MEC review calls.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Fin/CA Inter/CWA Inter).
Non-commerce graduates may be considered with relevant RTR experience.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts with 2+ years of people management.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Experience in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) & proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, client management, and decision-making skills.
Transition knowledge and quality tools experience is an added advantage.
