Senior Tea Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tea Sales Manager to lead and expand our tea sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a passion for the tea industry. Minimum 15 years in tea sales or FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute national sales strategies
• Hire, lead and manage a team of regional sales executives
• Identify and penetrate new markets across India
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven track record in FMCG or tea industry sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively
• Fluent in English and Hindi and regional languages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
