Tea Salesman – Siliguri Region

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tea Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling packet tea to retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors across the Siliguri region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell tea products to local retailers and distributors
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of daily visits and customer feedback
• Report to the sales manager with market updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG or tea preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Own a bike or two-wheeler (must)
• Knowledge of the local market in Siliguri
• Basic reading/writing in English or Bengali/Hindi
