Senior Tax Associate (5+ Years exp) | US Tax Reviewer | Assistant Manager | Chennai, Guindy

Only above 5+ Years experience candidates SHOULD APPLY.

• Minimum

  5 years

  of experience in corporate and partnership US Tax returns

• An Individual should have previous experience of at least 5 years with Tax Review and Preparation of US Corps including

  1120,1120s,1065

  and 1040 forms.

• Proficiency in preparing tax returns ranging from basic to complex for companies and partnerships..

• Thorough preparation and review of tax returns completed by the team.

• Experience working on Tax softwares like UltraTax, CCH Axcess, Lacerte, Pro series and similar softwares.

• Review a variety of financial documents to prepare tax returns and provide tax services.

• Staying updated with tax regulations and industry developments through active participation in educational opportunities and training programs.

• Conducting comparisons between the current return and prior years returns to identify any missing information

• Providing training to team members and addressing their queries effectively.

• Conducting self-reviews of completed work and tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• A good understanding of tax concepts in general and accounting principles.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

• Demonstrate positive attitude, collaborate and work as one team.

Must Have for US Tax Reviewer

• Minimum

  of experience as a US Tax Reviewer and Preparer.

• Experience with

  and 1040 (optional) forms.

• Experience with UltraTax, CCH Axcess, Lacerte, Pro series and similar softwares.

Qualifications

• Tax Preparation and Tax Law knowledge and experience

• Experience with financial statements and finance principles

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• EA, CPA or CA certification or similar professional certification is plus

• Handle busy season work
