Senior Tax Analyst- International Tax

As an International Tax Senior Analyst at Workday, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of non-US corporate income tax matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with external service providers to prepare non-US annual tax filings, tax provision, and tax disclosures in statutory financial statements, involving data gathering, review, and coordination. - Supporting non-US tax aspects of the US quarterly and year-end tax provision processes. - Assisting in quarter, month, and year-end close procedures, including the preparation of tax journal entries, tax account reconciliations, and proofs. - Assisting in the management and review of international withholding tax compliance and reporting. - Collaborating with various departments to streamline data flow and processes, and participating in tax automation. - Supporting special tax projects as they arise. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 5+ years of international tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department. Other qualifications that would be beneficial for this role are: - CA or Inter-CA (preferred). - Strong curiosity to learn and grow in a dynamic tax environment. - Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills. - Experience in foreign tax compliance and familiarity with the foreign compliance and statutory filing process. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite tools.
