Job Description: As a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at the company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. Resolve high-impact problems/projects by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Gain comprehensive knowledge of business areas to integrate architecture and infrastructure for achieving business goals. Provide in-depth analysis, interpretive thinking, and innovative solutions. Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts. Assess risk in business decisions with consideration for reputation and compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Project management skills and experience in successful project implementation - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly - Strong leadership skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Master's degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of advanced Tableau experience - Strong Oracle SQL writing skills - Strong Bigdata skills For the second part of the job description: As a Technology Analyst in the Applications Development team, your responsibilities include conducting strategic data analysis, identifying insights, and making strategic recommendations. You will also deliver analytics initiatives, consult with users to solve complex system issues, gather requirements, create and deliver reporting solutions, maintain existing business reporting solutions, and develop relationships with business stakeholders.
