Job Description: You will be a part of the Sustain team as an Associate Technology L2 where your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line technical support to end-users. Your key tasks will include logging incidents, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. You will need to ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize business impact and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
