Job Description

As a System Design Leader at Schneider Electric, your role will involve defining end-to-end system specifications, collaborating with business owners and product development teams, and ensuring proper delivery of specifications. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining end-to-end system specifications based on identified use cases - Syncing with different product teams for delivery of defined specifications - Collaborating with business owners for backlog prioritization & re-prioritization - Working with architects to define functional and non-functional requirements - Building a long-term system view by integrating innovation from Line of Businesses Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor or Masters in engineering specialized in embedded systems, software, cloud - Knowledge of Model Based Software Engineering tools such as UML, Cameo, Jama - Familiarity with software development tools like Git, JSON, YAML - Understanding of low voltage/medium voltage electrical distribution systems - Strong knowledge of system engineering, system architecture, customer use cases, and solution design - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence partners and stakeholders - Awareness of customer pain points and ability to identify value-adding features - Effective team player in a fast-paced technical environment with excellent communication skills Schneider Electric is committed to creating a culture that supports business success through its IMPACT values - Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork.
