Senior Systems Analyst (SAP WMS Integration)

As a Senior Systems Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging business processes with SAP technology to deliver scalable and integrated solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with WMS business and functional teams to gather SAP-related processes and integration requirements - Translating WMS needs into clear and actionable SAP technical/functional specifications - Ensuring solution designs align with business processes and integration standards You will also: - Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to design and build solutions involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, IDocs, and APIs - Oversee development activities to ensure alignment with WMS requirements and performance expectations - Coordinate SAP-related testing phases including integration testing, regression testing, and UAT In addition, you will: - Act as the primary point of contact between WMS program teams and SAP stakeholders/vendors - Ensure all SAP enhancements and integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (Masters preferred) - Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP integration within Supply Chain/WMS environments - Skills: Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP modules interacting with WMS (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO), ability to design end-to-end business process solutions, excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and debugging skills, strong communication skills for effective interaction with business and IT stakeholders, familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP implementation frameworks (Activate, ASAP),
