Proficiency in CMDB & ITSM, JavaScript, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and High Availability (HA) setups will be essential for this position. In addition to your technical skills, you must hold mandatory certifications including ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
