Job Description: We are hiringSenior Supply Recruiters Male (Blue Collar) for Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for blue-collar roles across multiple locations. and lead team more than 10 recruiters .The ideal candidate should be experienced in hiring for blue-collar positions and must be able to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Source and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles (Depivery executives, sorter.) - Conduct interviews and provide timely updates to hiring managers - Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding - Ensure that hiring targets are met within specified timeframes Locations : Tirupati , Ananthapur, Kadapa, Madanapalli.
