Senior Supply Planner

As a Supply Planning Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be responsible for analysing the local supply network and production plans to increase supplier capacity and make sourcing decisions to optimize production costs and revenue. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analysing the local supply network and production plans to identify opportunities related to production costs and revenue upside. - Receiving unconstrained supply requests and constraining the plan based on lead times, MOQ, capacity, and raw materials to deliver a constrained supply plan. - Ensuring that the Order Confirmation Plan (OCP) is within or above the Important Performance Indicator. - Collaborating with local Merch Planning, Product Development, and Sourcing teams. - Evaluating and addressing supply and resource constraints to meet the needs of regional markets by negotiating capacities, lead times, and identifying cross-sourcing opportunities. - Liaising directly with local Product Development regarding product placement and local source vendors. - Coordinating with the finished goods planner on supply constraints. - Ensuring that monthly capacity loading is within the agreed capacity and planning capacity for a 120-day horizon. - Identifying the requirements for programs with local markets and working with Sourcing teams and vendors on raw material and capacity staging to provide flexibility in product replenishment. - Managing the global Liability log for the affiliate. - Raw Material planning for Fabric. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in the sourcing area. - Proficiency in Excel for maintaining complex spreadsheets and PowerPoint. - Ability to effectively communicate with multi-functional partners. - Demonstrated innovative problem-solving and partnering skills. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team. - Fluency in English.
