Senior Student Visa Counsellor - New Zealand

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

1. Familiarize yourself with our portfolio of colleges and courses.
2. Speak with prospective leads, assess their profile, and provide tailored solutions for studying in New Zealand.
3. Maintain records of your conversations and status updates.
4. Liaise with clients for documentation.
5. Fill out college applications etc.
6. Liaise with the New Zealand office for the processing of student visa applications.

Qualifications

Must have (non-negotiable):

1. At least 2-3 years of counselling experience (including at least 1 year of New Zealand counseling).
2. Familiarity with social media platforms like FB, Instagram, etc.
3. A friendly and patient attitude towards clients.
4. Ability to work without supervision.
5. A high standard of ethics and honesty.
6. Fluency in English and local langauges.
7. A high standard of email drafting skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Knowledge of digital marketing
