Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode, Perinthalmanna, Coimbatore, Kochi, Pathanamthitta, Kannur, and Trivandrum for a Senior Student Counselor. The Senior Student Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling to students, including career and study abroad guidance, helping them choose the right educational paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing tailored educational plans, handling student inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves staying updated with the latest educational trends and opportunities to provide accurate and current advice to students. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Student Counseling for the UK, Ireland, and Europe Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards students Proficiency in English Bachelor's or Master’s degree Show more Show less
