Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala – Dass Continental (4-Star Hotel)

About Us:

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is well-known for its high standards of hospitality and service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Steward to join our Food & Beverage service team and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Role Overview:

The Senior Steward will be responsible for supervising stewards, ensuring smooth service in restaurants/banquets, and maintaining guest satisfaction through professional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations.
• Welcome and assist guests with seating, orders, and service.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and presentable.
• Maintain service standards for food & beverages.
• Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Support Captains and F&B Executives in smooth service delivery.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across service areas.
• Train junior stewards to maintain professional etiquette and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Steward in a hotel/restaurant (4-star hotel experience preferred).
• Strong communication and guest handling skills.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and protocols.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹17,000+++ per month (based on experience & expertise).
• Food and accommodation provided.
• Monthly 4 leaves.
• 10 working hours daily + OT pay for extra hours.
