Senior STEM Educator

As a Senior STEM Educator at Young Tinker Space (YTS) located in Bhubaneswar, you will have the exciting opportunity to inspire students in the field of Robotics, Arduino, and hands-on STEM experiences. Your role will involve conducting interactive STEM sessions, leading workshops on various technologies like Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, and 3D Printing, as well as mentoring students in building real-world projects and preparing for innovation challenges. Additionally, you will play a vital part in guiding and upskilling school STEM educators through training and support to enhance their teaching abilities. Your responsibility will also include overseeing the daily operations and maintaining a conducive learning environment at the Tinker Space. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related STEM field. Moreover, having 2+ years of practical experience working with Arduino, sensors, robotics kits, and other STEM tools is essential. You should be proficient in building circuits, writing Arduino code, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Strong communication skills, a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, as well as a maker mindset with a drive for grassroots innovation and impact are qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
