As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Leader at our very large IT MNC based in Bangalore (Manyata Area), with 18 to 23 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sourcing strategies and supplier management. Operating in a hybrid work mode, you will be tasked with leading the sourcing function, developing comprehensive strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to meet business requirements and drive cost savings - Providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on sourcing strategies and supplier management - Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies - Developing and managing category strategies across multiple commodities - Analyzing market trends and providing recommendations for category optimization - Managing complex supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues - Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including vendor non-performance and compliance issues - Leading and managing a team of sourcing professionals, including training, development, and performance management - Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sourcing function - Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, operations, and finance - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies - Providing regular updates and reporting on sourcing activities and results If you are a highly experienced sourcing professional with a background in large IT/ITES/Consulting organizations and possess strong leadership and strategic skills, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.,
