Senior Staff Developer

Our client, a global energy management and automation organization, is in search of a Senior Staff Developer. As a highly experienced and technically proficient individual with expertise in C#.NET, WPF, and ReactJS, you will be responsible for driving feature design, ensuring code quality, and maintaining architectural alignment. Your role will require strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset to serve as a technical pillar within the team. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design of complex features and modules. - Collaborate with system and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Act as a go-to expert for resolving technical challenges. - Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and other teams. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Drive innovation and efficiency in development processes. - Ensure timely delivery of user stories as per sprint timelines. - Collaborate closely with Scrum Master, Agile Test Team, and other stakeholders. - Based on the need, contribute to development activities as well as an individual contributor. Skills Required - Strong hands-on experience in C#.NET, WPF, and ReactJS. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and UI/UX principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.,
