Job Details :
Perform on-site bookkeeping/accounting functions without direct supervision.
Ensuring smooth and easy functioning of finance management.
Preparation of budget, forecasts and cash flows.
Design accounting procedures and systems to enhance client internal controls
Maintain financial ledgers and accounting processes.
Preparation of monthly consolidated profit and loss and balance sheet.
Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures.
Bills and Expenses creation in zoho books.
All the above using Zohobooks.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong working knowledge of US, Australian and Indian financial sector.
Should have good working knowledge in ZohoBooks, Zoho Expense, Quickbooks, Xero and Sage Accounting Software.
3 or more years of experience in bookkeeping and related fields preferred, strong problem resolution skills and moderate knowledge of relevant accounting software and technologies
Flexibility to work extended hours to meet statutory and business deadlines.
Should be able to work independently.
Must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness.
Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence.
