Senior Specialist-Treasury Operations

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist in Treasury Operations-IBFX, your primary responsibility will be processing Treasury FX and Merchant transactions, focusing on Interbank FX transactions. It is crucial to ensure that all transactions comply with regulations and internal SOPs before validation. Your expertise in Forex, regulatory guidelines, deal validations, settlements, deal confirmations, and CCIL reporting will be vital for the efficient performance of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Validate all FX products (such as CTS, Forwards, Loans, and deposits) by ensuring that all pre-deal requirements are met before processing. - Process settlements for client transactions, including preparing settlement advice and confirming cash flows with counterparties to ensure accuracy and timely completion. - Prepare deal confirmations post-validation, specifying deal parameters and relevant clauses based on the counterparty type, and monitor the status of confirmations. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting from the system or through manual reporting, monitoring the reporting status for completion. - Interact effectively with stakeholders for daily activities, showcasing strong communication skills. - Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, associated risks, and compliance requirements in the highly regulated environment. - Participate in testing system bugs, improvements, and enhancements, identifying deficiencies and process gaps.
