We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to enhance business processes and improve customer relationships. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather requirements and customize the Salesforce environment. In this role, you will: - Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other technologies. - Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce development best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Manage and streamline Salesforce release cycles, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to version control best practices. - Provide operations support to all end-users globally using Jira. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, customizations, and configurations. - Stay updated with Salesforce updates and implement development standards and best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce integrations. - Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, and middleware platforms. - Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management and version control. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II certification (most preferable) and other Salesforce certifications (preferred). Good to have skills include Data Cloud & AI, Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and CI/CD knowledge.
