Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist, Insights and Strategy Delivery at NPS Prism, you will be a crucial member of the client-facing Commercial team. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with the Commercial and Product teams, as well as Bain case teams and Partners, to support Prism sales conversations, drive adoption among clients, and oversee the operational aspects of the Prism commercial process. Your ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Support customer success and adoption efforts for the region by analyzing large datasets and crafting CX insights for clients. - Develop compelling CX insights and materials to effectively communicate the value of Prism to clients. - Engage in client conversations with CEM(s) to deliver insights and assist clients in utilizing the tool. - Assist in client training and adoption requirements, including creating training materials and conducting sessions as necessary. - Fulfill customized data requests from clients with the approval of the region CEM(s). - Aid in Prism commercial processes and sales discussions in collaboration with the Prism and Partner region team. - Create CX insights and materials to demonstrate the value of Prism to potential clients. - Work with CEM(s) to support case teams in leveraging select Prism insights in CD processes. - Manage pipeline tracking and updates to ensure visibility and progress tracking. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, MBA, or relevant work experience. - Experience: 4+ years in consulting, market research, customer insights, data analytics, or client-facing roles. - Skills: Strong client service orientation, interest in customer experience, ability to derive insights from complex data, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven collaboration abilities.
