Senior Specialist, Creative Content DesignerWere looking for a Creative Content Designer, to join our EEMEA Foundry team, which is accelerating the future of commerce through experience and innovation at Mastercard. Foundry is Mastercards innovation arm - an embedded, interdisciplinary function spanning the enterprise - responsible for Mastercards innovation agenda. Our team of product managers, futurists, researchers, data scientists and engineers powers Mastercards ability to design and deliver differentiated products, services and experiences. Through focused innovation portfolios, we partner closely with the Product teams to create, incubate and scale new offerings. Our dedicated approach to early-stage product development and our multi-disciplinary capabilities enables us to operate with unprecedented speed to drive breakthrough innovation.
Overview:The Creative Content Designer is a key role within Foundry and is focused on creating transformational visuals across strategic business areas in the EEMEA region. The ideal candidate is an individual with strong functional design skills with a passion for storytelling through motion and digital design. This role blends motion graphics, short-form video editing, and light UI prototyping to support product demos, internal events, and pitch presentations.
What Youll Do:
Create engaging short product demo videos and feature showcasesDesign motion graphics for product promotions, internal campaigns, and social contentCollaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narrativesSupport UI/UX teams with Figma-based prototypes and design assetsContribute to new product concept visualizations and client pitch decks
What You Bring:3-5 years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or motion graphicsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or equivalent toolsExperience with motion design principles and storytelling through videoWorking knowledge of Figma (creating or modifying prototypes)A strong portfolio demonstrating both video/motion work and interface design support
Bonus:
Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environmentsFamiliarity with audio design/editing for video content
