Senior Specialist Case Processing

If you are passionate about improving lives and making a difference, we invite you to join our innovative company. **Role Overview:** - Perform triage and review for initial validity assessment of cases, including spontaneous, health authority, Clinical Trial, and literature cases. - Enter data into the PV database. - Assess initial ICSR, if applicable. - Evaluate the need for expedited reporting to Health Authorities/partners of a client, including reporting timelines. - Prepare standard reporting forms such as CIOMS I/MedWatch Forms and XML files. - Prepare and send follow-up requests. - Submit ICSRs to Health Authorities and partners of a client. - Complete and document cases. - Conduct quality checks of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Search/retrieve ICSRs from the EVWEB database and assess for cases. - Manage cases workload allocation. - Provide training on the system to team members. - Mentor and support new joiners by offering guidance on company processes and facilitating their integration into the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in performing triage and review for medical cases. - Proficiency in data entry and PV database management. - Knowledge of expedited reporting to Health Authorities/partners. - Familiarity with standard reporting forms like CIOMS I/MedWatch Forms. - Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance standards. - Ability to manage workload effectively and provide training to team members.
