You are a highly skilled Sr Solution Architect Testing with over 15 years of experience in End-to-End Testing, test automation, and Agile methodologies. Your expertise includes managing test teams, utilizing tools like QTest, Selenium, Serenity, and Python to ensure quality and efficiency in the testing process. Your key responsibilities will involve leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA engineers and testers to maintain high standards of testing and automation. You will develop and execute test strategies aligned with business requirements, oversee automation test strategies, manage test planning and execution using QTest, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, provide test status reports, collaborate with Agile product teams, review test results with stakeholders, and enforce best practices in test management and automation. To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in Test Management, End-to-End Testing, and test automation, along with proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Serenity, and Python. Your extensive experience with Agile methodologies, QTest, and managing test teams will be crucial. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
