Senior Solution Designer (CRM)

Role & responsibilities . Deep knowledge of Salesforce setup and configuration (Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, API,) Familiarity with data management tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of Salesforce best practices, capabilities and limitations Salesforce Certified Administrator Maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce platform. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in IT. Should have in-depth expertise in Salesforce programming Should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer and Administrator Ensuring IT meets the evolving needs of the organization Ability to collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills. Having good communication skills and the ability to develop and implement complex technical solutions in a team Having very good knowledge of written and spoken English, as an international company, internal communication is also in English
