Your Contribution

• Translate business requirements into solution designs across Microsoft cloud platfor
• ms (Power Platform, Fabric, SharePoint, M365).
• Draft solution architectures that integrate applications, data, and services securely and at scale.
• Evaluate integration options (APIs, connectors, middleware) and recommend best-fit approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support developers and project teams during implementation, clarifying design decisions and resolving integration challenges.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and guardrails defined by MAHLE Technology Architecture.
• Document solution designs and provide knowledge transfer to delivery and operations teams.
• As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be acting as a bridge between business and technology and ensure that solutions fit functional needs while staying within enterprise guardrails. Your focus is on turning business needs into technical designs and supporting teams to deliver them successfully, all of this while using Microsoft cloud platforms such as Power Platform, Fabric, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  

Your Experience And Qualification

• Several years of Hands-on experience within Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, SharePoint, Dataverse) while shaping technical solutions that combine all those components.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience in data integration on Microsoft platforms cloud native or hybrid - (APIs, connectors, Azure Integration Services).
• Certified or proven knowledge on the level of PL-600 and DP-600 (certification will be treated as an advantage)
• Complementary certifications like PL-200 or PL-400 will be seen as an advantage
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and analytical thinking
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
  

Minimum Requirements

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Fabric, or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Azure API Management.
• Knowledge of solution delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Prior experience in large-scale Microsoft cloud adoption programs.
