Role Overview: As a Senior Software Trainer specializing in Full Stack, Frameworks, and AI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring developers. Your role will involve designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on full stack development, developing curriculum and training materials covering front-end and back-end technologies, conducting classroom and online training sessions for students and professionals, providing hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects, evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, assisting students with troubleshooting and problem-solving, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and collaborating with teams to improve training methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on full stack development. - Develop curriculum and training materials covering front-end and back-end technologies. - Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students and professionals. - Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects. - Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback. - Assist students with troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with teams to improve training methodologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, SQL, NoSQL, Git, Docker, RESTful APIs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
