Senior Software Tester

As a Test Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing test scenarios for new software projects, particularly in the Automotive sector, focusing on autonomous driving systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing, extending, and supporting various test scenarios using Python - Participating in customer requirements analysis - Collaborating with other teams to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot test cases/scenarios To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 3+ years of project experience in developing test scenarios based on requirements - Familiarity with AUTOSAR Adaptive architecture and module interactions/communications for testing purposes - Proficiency in Python for writing tests - Knowledge of Linux, particularly console usage - Background in Automotive industry - Understanding of ASPICE, V-Model, and functional safety topics for writing tests or test strategies - Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot effectively - Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Key Skills (Must Have): - Embedded systems knowledge - Automotive industry experience - Python proficiency Key Skills (Nice to Have): - Familiarity with AUTOSAR Adaptive - Experience in safety-relevant projects (ASIL B) - Knowledge of TCP/IP At GlobalLogic, you can expect a culture that prioritizes caring, continuous learning, and development, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and a high-trust environment.
