Job Description

As a Senior Software Test Professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and making a real impact on our international team. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining test scenarios, performing tests, and supporting development teams to ensure product quality - Providing consultation to Product Owners on the testability of requirements - Analyzing requirements to define test cases and verifying requirements for completeness and standards compliance - Identifying technical problems or design flaws and participating in product development process evolution - Analyzing customer feedback and collaborating with internal partners such as support representatives, developers, and project managers - Planning, coordinating, and tracking activities in your technical area of responsibility - Taking ownership of multiple modules or opportunities within projects or products and supporting various types of testing (IT, RT, ST, NFR) - Reviewing and verifying requirements to ensure completeness and correctness, as well as reviewing test cases created by others To excel in this role, you should have: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing - Expertise in SDLC and software testing practices - Good knowledge of test automation frameworks with hands-on experience - Working knowledge of test management and ISTQB certification - Good knowledge of Power System Protection and basic understanding of Communication protocols - Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities This opportunity is based in Bangalore, where you will collaborate with teams working on projects that impact entire cities and countries, shaping the future.
