Strong in Web Automation Strong in Java/Python Strong in API Functional People with banking/fintech experience would be preferred, or people who have worked in similar depth where multiple integrations are there. Must be able to think in Depth to provide better coverage of Testing API Automation - Either we find it from outside, or we need to train them internally. @Sunil Nagaraj To take care of the training part if we don't find people with API automation skills. Should be a good communicator, and communication is not in terms of english, it is the ability to run the project independently and asking questions upfrontly.
