Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance operational strategy.
Manage performance monitoring across assets to ensure proper measuring, reporting, and alerting on anomalies and incidents.
Collaborate with engineering and application delivery teams to develop and test automation for repetitive, manual efforts.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the SRE practice.
Support team projects improving operational strategy through AI integration.
Track and document repeated incidents to eliminate recurring problems.
Support Databricks user base and critical ETL pipelines.
Troubleshoot and document operational procedures effectively.
Apply strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Work within Agile methodology and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
Strong Python scripting skills for automation and process improvement.
Familiarity with shell scripting and other scripting languages.
Ability to monitor, report, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Knowledge of SRE practices and performance monitoring.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
