Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend & Cloud-Native Engineer with expertise in backend development and strong knowledge of cloud-native ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have deep Kubernetes expertise, proven experience in automation using Ansible, and solid competence with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications. You will also bring a strong background as a Microservices Specialist, enabling the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and high-performing distributed systems.

Primary responsibilities:

Kubernetes Infrastructure: Conceptualize, develop, and implement robust, high-performance deployment systems for highly available Kubernetes (K8s) environments.

Microservices Architectures: Design, develop, and optimize resilient and scalable microservices architectures that form the foundation of our modern applications.

CI/CD Excellence: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve fully automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment of microservices within Kubernetes systems.

Technological Migration: Actively lead and execute the migration of existing Ansible-based deployment systems to modern, K8s-native CI/CD solutions to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Mission-Critical Systems: Develop and optimize mission-critical IT systems that demand the highest standards of availability, performance, and security.

Collaboration & Architecture: Work closely with other development teams, operations, product management, and external stakeholders to design, validate, and successfully implement technical solutions
Qualifications

Key Competencies:

• Profound Experience: Extensive and proven experience (at least 5 years) in software development, ideally in backend development and/or cloud-native technologies.
