Job Description

Overview Overview:We are ooking for a QA Engineer who is proficient in both manua and automation testing, with hands-on experience in Cypress and JavaScript for end-to-end testing. The idea candidate wi be skied in Mocha and Cucumber for BDD and Page Object Mode (POM) impementation and possess a strong understanding of API testing using Postman. Famiiarity with CI/CD toos, version contro systems, and experience in Agie environments is essentia. Experience in the Banking and Payro domains is a pus. LocationBangaore/Shivamogga (Shimoga) Responsibiities Roes and Responsibiities:Deveop, execute, and maintain manua and automated test cases using Cypress, JavaScript, Mocha, and Cucumber (BDD with POM).Perform API testing and vaidation using Postman and conduct database queries using basic SQL.Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipeines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and manage code using GitHub/GitLab.Track issues and manage project tasks using Jira, coaborating effectivey within Agie teams. Key Skis: Proficient in both manua and automation testing.Hands-on experience with Cypress and JavaScript for end-to-end testing.Skied in Mocha and Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Deveopment (BDD) and impementing Page Object Modes (POM).Strong understanding of API testing, with practica experience using Postman.Famiiar with version contro systems such as GitHub and GitLab.Experience working with CI/CD toos ike GitHub Actions and Jenkins.Basic knowedge of SQL for database vaidation and queries.Proficient in using Jira for issue tracking and project management.Exceent probem-soving skis and strong attention to detai.Strong communication and coaboration skis, with proven experience working in Agie environments.Experience in Banking and Payro domains is considered an added advantage.
